Your first consultation is where it all begins. We’ll review your dog’s history, carry out practical exercises, identify key problem areas, and set clear training goals.
After the assessment at one of our Centres, we’ll design a bespoke training plan. This starts with building solid foundations for great communication, trust, and good behaviour—essential for long-term success.
Once these foundations are set, we’ll address specific issues and progress to advanced obedience techniques for everyday control and safety.
Our expert training, co-developed by our certified dog behaviourist, will help you achieve the dog you’ve always dreamed of.
What You Need To Bring
What You Need To Bring
We like to assess you and your dog on the equipment you normally walk them on. In some instances we may ask you to remove a training aid that is masking a behaviour, this could be a head collar or a particular type of training lead.
How Long It Takes
How Long It Takes
Our assessment takes around one hour. During this time you will be asked a series of questions that will give us a comprehensive history of your dog. We will then ask you to carry out some practical elements.
What We're Looking For
What We're Looking For
We will dig deep into the history of the time you have spent with your dog to find out exactly where your current relationship is and where any possible problem behaviours stem from. When we are able to find the root cause of any issues, we are able to address the real issue and provide a long lasting resolution to the problems.

(FOR DOGS OVER 5 MONTHS)
BEHAVIOUR & TRAINING ASSESSMENT
Before we commence with any dog behaviour training, it is essential that we carry out an in-depth assessment of both your dog, the current relationship you have and your training goals. Our assessment has been co-written by our senior training team which comprises of our in-house certified dog behaviourist and head dog trainer.
One of our professional dog obedience trainers will dig deep into the history of the time you have spent with your dog to find out exactly where your current relationship is and where any possible problem behaviours stem from. When we are able to find the root cause of any issues, we are able to address the real issue and provide a long lasting resolution to the problems.
Once this is established, we can then take the goals we have discussed and build a plan that enables us to achieve this. Many people come to us only looking to solve issues, but with our help you can look much further past that and back to the dreams you had when you originally brought your dog home.
Following your assessment, you will receive a full report of everything you and your trainer have discussed, along with recommendations for your future training with us.

(FOR DOGS UNDER 5 MONTHS)
PUPPY RAISING & TRAINING ASSESSMENT
This key time in your dog’s life is the absolute best chance you have to ensure you are doing everything right, to give you the best chance of a happy, healthy and well behaved dog in the future. Many people wrongly believe this period to be the easy part, where everything your puppy does is excusable because of age, where in reality your dog learns from the very moment they enter your home and when we work hard during these early stages, we can prevent all common problems from appearing and have a long happy relationship with our dogs.
Our vast experience of raising puppies will help guide you through every stage of puppyhood and give you solid advice on everything from correct exercise regimes, how to stop puppy biting, toilet training and everything else you may be worrying about.
Following your assessment, you will receive a full report of everything you and your trainer have discussed, along with recommendations for your future training with us. For customers who want to give their puppy the very best start in life, we offer residential puppy training.
